Somewhere I lost childhood dreams. Turned them into adult nightmares,PTSD. I remember having innocence, then I learned to kill. The nightmares are now Daytime ghost haunting not me but those I love. I remember the feeling of surprise discovering something new. It was then I began to use illicit drugs and drink until I couldn't walk, or talk comprehensively. I am a bipolar, major depressive disorder, suffering PTSD, anxiety, and panic attacks. I take the meds they prescribe, haven't drank in two years, and no illicit drugs.
They reassure me as long as I can remember those times from my childhood I can rebuild myself. I see three mental health
